Product Overview When a part has to be drawn rather than simply bent, ordinary commercial quality galvanized coil will fail. This deep drawing galvanized steel coil is produced on a fully annealed DX53D+Z substrate with fine grain structure, elongation of 12 to 25 percent and a low yield to tensile ratio, so that the zinc coating stretches with the steel instead of crazing. It is intended for parts with drawn cups, deep ribs, embossed panels and multi-stage progressive die
